The new hosted versions of e-Classifieds include free tech support forever, for as long as you continue to use the program. You can receive technical support for your hosted e-Classifieds solution at any time, day or night, 365 days a year. To do so, please post a trouble ticket through the Hagen Hosting Control Panel.

The older, distributed versions of e-Classifieds do not include any free tech support or customer service of any kind. If you need technical support or customer service of any kind for the distributed versions, you will need to purchase technical support blocks through our online shopping cart. In the alternative, you may want to consider upgrading to one of the new hosted versions of e-Classifieds, as they include free tech support forever.
