As compared to the Lite Edition, the Basic Edition adds our Keyword Notify feature, which allows users to create a search agent that will automatically search all newly posted ads for the keywords that they have specified and notify them of any new ads that match their pre-defined search criteria. No other program on the market under $200 has this feature. Moreover, the Keyword Notify feature contains many options and can be set to run either instantly when a new ad is posted, or periodically at timed intervals in order to reduce the load on your server, avoid decreasing the performance of normal program operations, and avoid annoying your users with random, multiple e-mail messages. It also allows you to set up multiple search agents for the same e-mail address.

The Basic Edition also adds a sophisticated Privacy Mail feature that the Lite Edition does not have. This feature protects the privacy of your ad posters by hiding their e-mail address from visitors to your site. Instead of seeing the poster's e-mail address, a person viewing the ad will see a "Reply to Ad" link. By clicking on this link, the user will then be presented a form that he or she can use to contact the ad poster, whose e-mail address is never revealed under this system.

In addition, the Basic Edition adds the "headlines" viewing format for the ads. This feature displays the ads in a nice summary format that allows the user to click on a "Details" link if he or she wants to see the full details for a particular ad.

In fact, the Basic Edition also contains a wealth of sophisticated features that other low end imitators can't match. These are the types of features that aren't always readily apparent upon first glance, but as you use and administer the program, you will grow to appreciate them.
