Admin Approval of New Ads Option

The administrator has the option of not allowing new ads to be posted to the system until they have been approved by the admin. For some versions, such as the Premium Edition, the administrator can also disallow multimedia file uploads (photos, sound clips, and video clips) from being viewable in the ads until they have been approved by the admin.
