Welcome to the e-Classifieds Customer Support area. Here you will find support information on the full line of e-Classifieds products, including documentation and online support. We have divided this page into separate sections for the on-demand and the distributed versions of e-Classifieds, as the on-demand versions come with free and unlimited support, whereas the distributed versions do not include any free support.
The on-demand versions of e-Classifieds include free and unlimited support forever through our online trouble ticket system, for as long as you continue to use the program. You can receive technical support for your on-demand e-Classifieds solution at any time, day or night, 365 days a year. They also include free installation that occurs immediately as soon as your account is created, as well as free upgrades forever. Customizations are also available. Please note that all support is handled through our online trouble ticket system and that we do not provide free telephone support. Telephone support is available at extra cost and can be purchased through the Hagen Hosting Control Panel. For technical support or customer service for your on-demand version of e-Classifieds, please post a ticket in your Hagen Hosting Control Panel.
The distributed versions of e-Classifieds do not include any free technical support, customer service, or any other type of support of any kind. All support is provided on a fee-based, per incident basis. Therefore, if technical support is important to you, or even if you think that you might ever need any type of tech support or other assistance, you are strongly advised to choose one of the on-demand versions of e-Classifieds, as opposed to one of the distributed versions. We do have free online resources available, however, that you can use at any time. Our support options for the distributed versions of e-Classifieds include the following:
- Free unlimited access to our Knowledge Base, a repository of online technical information for installation, support, and tips for e-Classifieds products.
- Installation of your e-Classifieds software can be purchased.
- Upgrades can be purchased for older versions, and you are also entitled to discounts for upgrading to one of the new on-demand versions.
- Technical support is available on a pay-per-incident fee basis through our online shopping cart.
- Customer service is available on a pay-per-incident fee basis through our online shopping cart.
- Emergency support is available on a pay-per-incident fee basis through our online shopping cart.
- Access to our Download Center for downloads to help you optimize your use and management of e-Classifieds software.
