Customer Service
The e-Classifieds Customer Service department handles non-technical service issues such as order processing, upgrade requests (within the same version), customization requests, Purchase Orders, invoicing, and change of addresses. If you have one of the new on-demand versions of e-Classifieds, you can contact Customer Service by posting a Customer Service Ticket via your Hagen Hosting Control Panel. We no longer provide any type of free technical support or customer service for the old, distributed versions of e-Classifieds, so all customer service for these old versions must be purchased through our online shopping cart. If you need technical support or customer service for an old, distributed versions of e-Classifieds, you will probably find that it is far more cost effective to upgrade to one of the new on-demand versions of e-Classifieds.
