Technical Support

All of the e-Classifieds programs come with free technical support for 30 days after the date of purchase. During that time, we will assist you with any questions or problems that may arise during your configuration and installation of the program. Please note that "technical support" means assistance in getting the program installed and running on your server in its default format. "Technical support" does not include any customizations of the program, which cost extra (more information is available on our Customizations Policy page).

All requests for technical support must be submitted through our Technical Support Request (TSR) form. If, after contacting us, you are still unable to install the program successfully, we can install it for you for a modest charge ($50 for Unix/Linux servers, or $75 for Windows NT servers). Please note that the $50/$75 fee is for standard installations that require less than one hour. Installations that take more than one hour due to non-standard server setups, server misconfigurations, incorrect permissions settings, or for any other reason will incur additional fees.

Ongoing support after this 30 day period is available at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Customized programming is available at an hourly rate of $125 per hour. Please note that we make no guarantees that we will be available to perform any customizations if you purchase e-Classifieds. Due to extremely high demand, we may not be able to provide customized programming at certain times, and we reserve the right to decline any or all customization requests.
